Setting a phone-less access code is useful for situations when you don't have access to your phone.
Creating a PAC
When you first pair up your LINKA to your phone, you will be asked to create a phone-less access code (PAC). After you enter your 4 digit code, your lock can be unlocked without your phone.
Using your PAC
To use your phone-less access code, hold the power button for 6 seconds until the LED blinks purple.
To enter your 4 digit code, press the power button the same number of times as the number of your access code.
For example, if your access code is 1313, enter the first digit by pressing the power button 1 time. After you hear a beep, enter the second digit by pressing the power button 3 times. Continue for the remaining 2 digits.
Note: If you enter an incorrect access code 4 times in a row, you will have to wait 1 hour before trying again.
Editing your PAC
To edit your PAC, make sure the LINKA app is connected to your lock, and you are the owner of the LINKA. You will be able to change your code under the settings page of the app.
